New Construction
GPI has been tasked with developing some of the greatest pieces of property in the world. The team manages every detail, including: land acquisition, due diligence, scope of work, financing, planning and permitting, engineering, environmental approvals, golf course and/or clubhouse architect selection, budget development, the appointment of the irrigation designer, agronomist, arborist and soils consultants, management of the bid process, contract negotiation, grading, construction sequencing and implementation, fiscal oversight, and the development of a grow-in program post-completion.
During construction, GPI drafts club and membership documents, employee recruitment initiatives, and systems and processes for operations.
Golf & Country Club Renovation
GPI possesses a unique understanding of private club culture and nuance with years of experience working with committees, boards and senior management. Utilizing a patented process built over 30 years, the GPI team facilitates golf course and clubhouse renovation projects. Unlike other companies, GPI services capture every aspect, from inception through completion of a renovation project. The process commences with the GPI team working with senior management and club leadership to define the vision and scope of work. GPI develops member communications and conducts presentations, guiding a transparent and inclusive process. Once the vision for the project is approved, GPI delivers services as outlined in the construction process above.
